This page is for existing clients who have purchased a support retainer or have an existing billing arrangement. If you contact me via this system your company will be billed for the time it takes to respond to and satisfy your request. I'm not going to be able to respond to your request without a billing arrangement, so if you are a new client, you will need to contact me via my website first.
How this system works:
As a more formal tracking system to assist larger clients with more staff, clients can elect to use this support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. This can be helpful for larger organizations who want to be able to oversee the completion of these requests.
What if I don't need formal request tracking?
If you don't require that tracking you can also just email or call me directly at the contact info on the Tailored Tech website.
For your reference I have a complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
